 Do you handle insurance claims?
A:
Yes, we cover personal insurance claims. Simply visit one of our four locations and we will schedule a meeting with one of our appraisers. We can even help work with your insurance company to ensure all the required paperwork is complete.
Q:
Do you provide appraisal services?
A:
Our certified gemologists are available to conduct accurate appraisals on your jewellery. We suggest calling or contacting us online to book a meeting at least one week ahead.
Q:
Is your entire product line on your web site?
A:
No, it is not. Unfortunately certain high-end watch and jewellery makers do not allow their merchants to advertise their product online. To get a complete list of our products on display we suggest you visit our location in West Vancouver or Abbotsford.
Q:
Do you offer financing?
A:
Yes we offer financing on approved credit. For more information visit us at one of 
our locations.
Q:
Do you offer personal meetings?
A:
Yes, for customers with specific needs we offer personal confidential consultation services. To ensure that we are available, we suggest you contact us at least one 
week ahead.
